1. Products

Beamrow sells lighting and home-related products, including decorative and functional lighting products.

Product pages may include information regarding:

dimensions;
materials;
finishes;
colours;
electrical specifications;
available variants;
included components;
installation or usage requirements.

2. Prices and Currency

Prices will normally be displayed according to the applicable Beamrow market:

United Kingdom: GBP;
United States: USD;
Australia: AUD, when the Australian market is activated.

The total payable amount will be displayed before an order is submitted.

3. Orders

Before completing an order, customers should check:

products;
quantities;
selected variants;
delivery details;
discounts;
total price.

After an order is submitted, an order confirmation will normally be sent to the email address provided.

We may cancel and refund an order where we cannot fulfil it, where there is a genuine pricing or technical error, or where fraud or unlawful activity is reasonably suspected.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Shipping

Standard shipping is free to supported addresses in the United Kingdom, United States and, once activated, Australia.

6. Customs and Import Charges

Orders are supplied on a DDP / duties-paid basis where applicable.

Customers should therefore not be required to pay additional customs duties or mandatory import charges when the package is delivered.

7. Returns

Beamrow provides a voluntary 30-day return period, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

This voluntary policy does not replace statutory rights available under applicable consumer law.

8. Consumer Rights

Customers retain all mandatory consumer rights applicable to their market.

In particular:

UK customers retain rights under applicable UK consumer legislation;
U.S. customers retain applicable federal and state rights;
Australian customers retain the consumer guarantees provided by the Australian Consumer Law.

Terms that attempt to remove mandatory Australian consumer guarantees are ineffective, and overseas sellers supplying Australian consumers directly are subject to the ACL.

9. Product Problems

If a product is defective, damaged or materially different from its description, contact:

We may reasonably request photographs or videos to help assess the issue.

This requirement will not be used to unlawfully restrict consumer rights.

10. Electrical Products

Electrical products should be used and installed in accordance with:

product specifications;
supplied instructions;
safety information;
applicable local electrical requirements.

Where installation involves fixed electrical wiring or requires specialised knowledge, installation should be performed by an appropriately qualified person where required.

11. Intellectual Property

Content on beamrow.com, including photographs, text, designs, graphics, videos, logos and branding, may be protected by intellectual-property laws.

No ownership rights are transferred simply by accessing our website.

12. Prohibited Use

You must not use beamrow.com:

fraudulently;
to introduce malicious software;
to interfere with the security of the website;
to infringe third-party rights.

13. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14. Governing Law

ZENDA08 MARKETING LLC is established in New Mexico, United States.

However, these Terms do not deprive consumers in the United Kingdom, United States, Australia or any other applicable jurisdiction of mandatory protections granted by laws that cannot contractually be excluded.
